Patients may go home with new instructions, medications, equipment, and goals. Orthopaedic & Medical Home Health brings ordered nursing and therapy into the rooms and routines where recovery happens.
Our mission is to help patients reach their highest practical level of self-care at home through coordinated, multidisciplinary care. The patient's goals, the provider's order, the home environment, and the family's questions all belong in the assessment.
Orthopedic focus with a complete home health team
OHH is Missouri's only orthopedic-focused home health agency. Our therapists care for eligible patients after joint replacement and other orthopedic procedures. Services include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Work, and Home Health Aides for orthopedic and medical needs. Medical Social Work and Home Health Aides are currently unavailable.
