Accessibility is part of care.
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA and test the site with keyboards, mobile screens, and automated accessibility tools.
Our approach
The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus styles, large base text, descriptive link text, labels for form controls, sufficient color contrast, and reduced-motion support.
Known limits
Third-party destinations such as Medicare Care Compare, maps, email, and phone software are controlled by their providers. We link to them but cannot set their accessibility.
Need help or found a barrier?
Call (573) 474-1786 during Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm or email patientcare@orthohh.com. Tell us which page or task caused trouble and what format or help would work for you.
We'll call you back the next business day.
Continuous review
We review accessibility when pages, forms, content, or components change. Automated checks are useful, but they do not replace keyboard and visual testing.
