You can call before the paperwork is complete

A physician or other qualified practitioner must order covered home health and support the required eligibility documentation. Our team reviews the home address, ordered services, coverage, current needs, and staffing before confirming acceptance.

You do not have to wait to ask a question. We can explain what is usually needed, and we'll call you back the next business day.

Questions about home health aides

Is a home health aide the same as companion care?

No. A home health aide works under the home health plan and clinical supervision. Medicare home health does not cover round-the-clock custodial or companion care.

Can I receive aide visits without skilled care?

No. Home health aide visits cannot stand alone in the home. They must be part of an ordered home health plan that includes skilled nursing or therapy and be supervised by the clinical team.
